Insurance and Payment
We provide services on a private-pay basis and offer a limited number of sliding-fee/reduced cost appointments.
Our clinicians are in-network with some insurance / health management organizations and employee assistance programs. With your consent, we may bill in-network insurance providers for services rendered. Please call your benefits administrator to verify coverage, out-of-pocket costs. We can also provide you with a good faith cost estimate and superbill upon request.
Please note that co-payments, cost-share, and deductibles will be collected at time of service. We adhere to a strict 24-hour cancelation policy. A fee will be assessed to you for late cancellations and appointment no-shows as they are not covered by insurance.
